What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all non-custom, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made products and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I clean my wool felt products?
Wool felt is delicate; we recommend spot cleaning only with a damp cloth. Never put your pennant in the washing machine or dryer as it will damage the fibers and screen printing.
