Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your pennant or flag—never fold it—and place it back in its original protective tube or box to prevent creasing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the item at our Buffalo headquarters, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
